National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has started its 2018 Admission process.  NIFT was set up in 1986 under the aegis of Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. It has 16 campuses across India.  The institute awards its own Degrees in the field of fashion education and is now  most coveted and renowned for its design programs across the country.  The institute also has collaborations with over 30 leading fashion institutes across the world.

NIFT offers two programs at the undergraduate level , i.e. after Class 12:
Bachelor of Design:  Any stream student may apply.
Bachelor of Fashion Technology: Students with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics may apply.

The admissions are via entrance exam to be conducted on 21st January, 2018.  The last date to apply is 29th Dec, 2017.
